Factcheck.org called these claims a \u201cwhopper\u201d saying they are \u201caimed at exploiting public concern over continuing high unemployment, with little basis in fact.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0But facts don\u2019t matter unless we have the resources to respond.<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n These outside groups have already spent more than $1 million to make sure they keep one of their biggest allies in Congress.
