\nThe combination of normal attrition and the addition of same day registration at the polling place has
\ncreated the need for additional new good Democratic election judges to work in November and beyond.
\nOur precinct committee persons and election judges are the backbone of the democratic process.
\nTogether they ensure that on election day voters get to the polls and are taken through the voting
\nprocess accurately and professionally.<\/p>\n
\nElection judges work all day on election day (5:15 am to about 8:30 pm including set up and closing).
\nTraining at the election commission will be provided prior to the election. Pay will not make a living for
\nyou but is $130 for the day and $30 for taking the training.<\/p>\n
