\"Quinn-parade\"<\/a>It\u2019s that time again…already, can you believe it??? The Last Fling Parade<\/a> on Monday, September 1 is gearing up to be the best yet!!! This year we have four great Democratic candidates who will be marching in the parade:<\/p>\n

\"Congressman<\/a>Governor Pat Quinn
\nCongressman Bill Foster
\nRegina Brent, Candidate, County Board 5
\nEd Agustin, Candidate, State Representative District 41<\/h2>\n

And, instead of having our own NTDO entry in the parade, we have elected to help gather volunteers to march with our four wonderful candidates! That\u2019s where you come in!! Please send me an email at Dianne@napervilledemocrats.org<\/a> and let me know we can count on you!<\/p>\n

\"Ed<\/a>When to Be There<\/strong>: The parade kicks off at 10 AM from Naperville North HS, so be there by 9 or so<\/strong>. Parking is tight…better to be dropped off.<\/p>\n

\"napererville_dems\"<\/a>What to Wear<\/strong>: Unless the candidates have t-shirts for you to wear, we recommend something blue on top, khaki or white on the bottom.<\/p>\n

Starting Positions<\/strong>: Parade entries line up before the parade in order behind the High School. \u00a0Our candidates will be\u00a0stepping off from the following starting places: Quinn<\/strong>:16, Foster<\/strong>:65, Brent<\/strong>:45, Agustin<\/strong>:51<\/p>\n

If you have a preference with whom you walk, let me know that, too! In the end, we\u2019d like to provide about 20 volunteers for each of our great candidates, as well as providing helium filled blue balloons for visual impact! This is a great way to show your Democratic support and have a good time doing it!<\/p>\n

Afterwards<\/strong>, we are all gathering at Sullivan\u2019s<\/a> in the bar for free appetizers and drink specials!<\/p>\n
