Clean Energy Rally to End Our Coal-Fired Electricity, Tuesday, Oct 5 at 6:00 pm

Join the Clean Energy Alliance of Naperville and Act. Connect. Engage. (ACE) as well as Naperville Indivisible to send a message to Naperville City Council —stop the complicity, end coal-fired electricity— at a rally on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, at 6 pm at the Free Speech Pavilion at the corner of Jackson Avenue and Webster Street in Naperville.
Speakers will include:

  • Dr. Paul Bloom, associate professor of physics, North Central College
  • Rob Sargis, M.D., Ph.D., associate professor, University of Illinois at Chicago
  • Rev. Mark Winters, pastor, First Congregational United Church of Christ, Naperville
  • Dale Bryson, retired former director of U.S. EPA’s Water Division, Region 5
  • Juliet Mathey, North Central College Senior and President of Green Scene
  • Greg Hubert, Citizen-Activist

After the rally, participants are urged to walk with us to attend the 7 pm Naperville City Council meeting and to also speak if willing to make public comments.
