After a recent poll showed us with a slim lead over Republican Congresswoman Judy Biggert, and after two big wins in the ABC 7 and WTTW Chicago Tonight debates,

The Cook Political Report upgraded our race from a “Toss-Up” to “Lean Democratic.”
