Precinct Committeemen/Committeewomen,

1. Social Media – Mary Lemanski will explain our social media outreach plan for the last 6 weeks. We are currently implementing our plan which will continue to expand as we move towards November 6.
2. Video – We will show a video that was prepared for our county candidates. You may be viewing it before then. It will be part of our social media effort.
3. Days of Action – Holly Joy Blastic, our Blue Wave Coordinator, will explain what we have done and what we will be doing in the future. Holly has been working with the candidates and townships on our days of action. We are also working with the JB campaign and coordinating our JB/county candidate walks.
          Sept 29
             – County Board #1 – 9:30 AM – DPDC Office
             – County Board #2 – 11:00 AM – Downers Grove Office
             – County Board #6 –  1:00 PM – Karina Villa Office
4. County Candidate mailer and canvass literature. We will have extra literature from our mail campaign. Our first mailer will go out just before early voting begins on September 27. Another will go out just before election day.
5. Train Station schedule and sign up. We will have literature for a train station blitz near election day. We can reach a large number of voters with a final reminder before Nov 6.
6. Post cards. We will be working on a post card that PCs can mail to voters in their precinct with a personal message about voting on November 6.
