You are invited to attend the next Community Forum for the Naperville Township Democratic Organization at 7:00 PM at the Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle Street in meeting rooms B & C.  (NOTE: Due to our full agenda, we will start half an hour earlier this month: 7:00 instead of 7:30.)

In addition to hearing from candidates who will be on the ballot for the April 7th Consolidated Election, we will honor Black History Month by featuring Ron Allen, Naperville author and elected Democratic Precinct 37 Committeeman, who will discuss his new book, The Evolution of Bid Whist. We will learn of the impact of the Pullman Porters on the dissemination of this game, as well as the influential role they played within the African American community at that time.

Following this presentation, we will feature a panel of distinguished Democratic campaign advisors who will discuss the impact and effectiveness of various strategies implemented in the November, 2014 election. The panelists include the following individuals: Greg Bales (Suburban Outreach Coordinator, Senator Durbin); Allison Schraub (Regional Field Director,Senator Durbin); Martha Lein, (Director,DuPage Victory PAC); Zach Koutsky (Campaign Manager, State Treasurer Michael Ferichs) and Ben Huntley (Political Director, Congressman Bill Foster).  NTDO Precinct Committeemen will be encouraged to analyze their own efforts and to bring the data to share.
