Come join us for our monthly 7:30pm meeting, at the City of Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle Street, in Meeting Rooms B & C on the lower level.  Each month we do a little bit of business,  host an informative speaker on an interesting, relevant topic, and take a little time to meet and socialize with progressives who want to make positive changes in local and national politics.

• debriefing the April election,
• presenting the budget for the new fiscal year, and
• highlighting upcoming events,

…we will hear from Sarah Chambers and Xian Barret, both serving as Functional Vice Presidents of the Chicago Teachers’ Union.  Their presentation will focus on the impact of politics on public education, and their roles as advocates for the students they teach and the members they represent.
