DuPage judge to decide the fate of thousands of voters and a candidate at Tuesday’s court hearing
Wheaton, IL: The case of voting inaccuracies made by the DuPage County Election Commission’s authorities will be heard tomorrow, Tuesday, April 19, 2016, at 9 A.M.before Circuit Court Judge, Paul Fullerton, in Room 2005. The court room is located at 505 County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187.
The issues at stake are:
- Should the recalculation of about 3200 votes be ordered?
- Should the records of a few precincts be investigated or all the precincts of DuPage County?
- Who will pay for the recounting of the votes?
- Should only the paper ballots be researched or electronic ballots also?
- Who should be present at the recounting – candidate, election officials, attorneys, news media representatives?
- Will camera be allowed to record the recounting process?
- How much time will take to complete the recounting process?
- Who is responsible for the scandalous fiasco – voting judges, election authorities, operators of the electronic machines, manufacturers of the machine, malfunction of the software, any internal sinister conspiracy, inefficient leadership.
- Why did not the election authorities start their own investigation to resolve this issue, which impacts the voting and civil rights of about 3500 voters?
- Why are write-in votes frequently miscalculated by the DuPage election authorities? Please read the following archived excerpts from various newspapers:
